Appointments

Please try to arrive on time for your scheduled appointment time. If you are running behind schedule, please call or email to let us know you will be late.

For more than 15 minutes past your appointment, we may have to modify your services or reschedule your appointment to a better time/date.

On the flip side, we are not perfect either! Sometimes appointments can take longer than expected. We value your time, so we will give you a call or text to let you know.

No Shows

Please respect the stylists’ schedules and livelihoods.

Zero tolerance for No Shows – you will be billed the entire appointment cost.

Please call ahead if you can’t make it and we will happily reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations

Life happens – we can relate. Please call, text or email at least 24 hours prior to your appointment if you cannot make it.

If an appointment is cancelled after the 24 hour notice window, a $50 cancellation fee will be applied to your account.

Retail

We do not offer refunds on Products, but we will gladly Exchange within 14 days if you are sensitive/allergic or not happy with the product.

Service Redo

We stand behind our services. Stay Gold Salon does not offer refunds, but we offer a complimentary redo within one week of your service.
