Meet the Team

Q. When did you know you wanted to do hair?

A. I was cutting and colouring hair for fun in high school, but it wasn’t until I went to New York City for their International Hair Show that I really wanted to do this as a career. I saw stylists from Japan doing crazy geometric cuts on stage and it blew my mind and then I knew this was the right path for me! 

Q. What is your favourite part of your job?

A. Being around like minded creative individuals and having the full trust of your guests with their hair.

Q. What inspires you?

A. The youth of this generation. I love how everything in fashion is recycled, and how young individuals rethink and reinvent their styles taking inspiration from the past.

Q. What do you do when you aren’t doing hair?

A. Hanging with my son Memphis Jakob, he is the coolest person I have ever met.

Q. What haircut best describes your personality?

A. Obviously a mullet! I can be pretty serious and modest, but when I’m in the mood to let loose I can be a wild party! So business in front, party in the back!
